After traveling the world for most of his adult life, Nikolas eventually connected back to an ever-present part of his childhood: his mother‘s lifetime yoga practice.
He completed the yoga teacher training at Agama in Koh Phangan, which helped him find his balance on and off the mat. He also became more aware of himself in the moment and of others, learning how to enjoy life ever more.
On his journey, he discovered several new passions: Thai-massage, which he studied and practiced for 4 years, and breath-work, gaining his certification in [*which kind??*]
Now we wants to share the practice of yoga and living a healthy lifestyle with the world.
Creating space for acceptance and love, he invites relaxation and joy through careful communication and connection.
